Here’s one that’s over looked a lot, chimney sweeping. Please be aware that your wood or pellet burning stove leaves creosote and other deposits on the walls of the flue pipes and chimney stacks that lead the burned fuel out of your home. These deposits have been know to catch fire and back flash back into the home, creating disastrous fires that could completely destroy hour home. Moreover, your cleaned flue pipes and chimney sacks will better lead the brunt fuels out of your home, helping to keep the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) at it’s best, making for easier breathing within your home, and more efficient use of you fuel, be it either wood or pellets.
